Eaton Mews West

Map

Eaton Mews West runs between South Eaton Place and Elizabeth Street and there are arched entrances at the junction with both streets. The mews is attractively cobbled.

Most of the south side is taken up by a working garage, used for car repairs.

The north side is residential and contains houses which are generally 2 or 3 storeys high. Most of them have either stuccoed or painted facades. Some of the houses have wrought iron balconettes outside the first floor windows.

This is a very convenient place to live for the shops

The street was named after Eaton Hall in Cheshire, the estate of the Grosvenor family.
